My first stay was before Holiday Inn changed their brand standards to where no hotel within the franchise can have an exterior entrance to the room, the rooms main entrance has to be in an indoor corridor. I have stayed in this hotel over 30 times for business and for pleasure and I have never been disappointed. With over 350 rooms available and over 120 of those rooms being suites, there is a room available that will work for anyone. Originally built in 1971 and expanded in 1998, the Holiday Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando does not disappoint. Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool area was clean on the 1 evening that we went there and my boys had met some lovely hotel guests.
The reception staff were all very friendly and we have to give a special shout out to the night security guard Emrick who was so kind to offer to change our tyre when we found out that we had a slow puncture to our hired car. I guess if you want to be spending all your time in the hotel, then my advice would be to choose a resort as this is a hotel. Yes, the hotel is slightly dated but they are in the process if refurbishing. It was the exact base we’d wanted to put our heads down at night as we were off doing theme parks etc. Not going to lie, we did have our concerns upon reading previous reviews on this hotel. My family and I had booked the 2 bedroom suite as there were 5 of us. while leaving hotel Manager charged us more for disturbing there hotel, Seriously & Really We stayed in intercontinental property of IHG, Istanbul, WONDERFUL experience For that reason we thought of staying with this IHG PROPERTY BUT AFTER THIS WE WILL NEVER THINK OF STAYING IN ANY IHG PROPERTY.

Full Abusive language ( back off) +919825205020 I was with my kids, My kids were in tears. Please it’s a request to people don’t ever think of going to this property If Anyone need proof I have picture with recording of staff, language they used with us. Third day we didn’t thought of money which we had paid in advance we left the hotel and shifted to 5 star property. And above all giving threats to call police and to leave hotel in the mid Night and we were with kids. After coming back from park in the evening we were just expecting a room cleaning for once a day but they were not interested to listen our problem. We had booked this hotel for 10 nights but very second day we felt the problem in cleaning our room. The hotel staff speaks English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Czech, Arabic.Poor staff, Lady Manager is worse on the top, don’t even listen when customers expect hospitality from senior Authorities.we felt racism from the staff. Public parking is possible on site at USD 21 per day. Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms for free. This accommodation also provides a 24/7 business center for those arriving on business.
